Project n. 61 is in Skeena Hill, Putney area SW18. ADL Design & Build has been appointed to conduct a rear ground floor extension, side ground floor plus first floor extension and internal refurbishment of the house, alongside internal renovations, landscaping and garage renovation.
Project n. 62 was located in Earslfied, SW18. ADL Design & Build has been appointed since inception, completing the planning applications required to build. Brief: Wrap around ground floor rear extension, L-Shaped loft conversion, full refurb inc. 5 bedrooms, hallways, front lounge, utility room, WC and 2 bathrooms.
Project n. 58 was located in Raynes Park, near new malden SW20. It was completed by ADL Design & Build in June 2023. The brief presented a rear extension kitchen extension and refurbishment of the existing property, inc. front and rear landscaping. The project involved also the renovation of two bedrooms at first floor level.
Project n. 63 was an extensive renovation, including a rear ground floor extension of 3.5 m full widht, two storey side extension and landscaping at the rear. The finished product presents and exquisite interior design selection of finishes and LED lighting.
Project n.106 was considered by all neighbours, the best house on the street, once completed. A true standout in the area, setting a precedent for a fully maximised 6 meters rear extension, first floor rear extension and hip to gable loft conversion.
Project n. 22 was handed over in April 2023. The project was a design & build brief inc. a 4.5m rear extension, front porch, garden outbuilding, front and rear landscaping and full interior renovation. The rear Extension presented a feature apex roof structure with x4 velux rooflights.
