Project n.7 is an interesting new-built brief for 24 flats. The site was an empty plot of land with surrounding similar high rise buildings, allowing for the opportunity to match the massing and propose a scheme of this type.
The proposal is in bricks external finish and communal staircase entrances to maximise the usable space for the units.
The developer and landowner worked adjoined in this instance, allowing for a win-win scenario. The project is nearing completion.
